Welcome to our Download Page for AeroPalm, an Aviation GPS Navigation Solution for Palm and Treo Devices. We support the Palm TX, Tungsten E2, and the Treo 650, Treo 680, and the Treo 700p as well as many other Palm OS Devices. The download that is available is the actual program that you will need in order to run AeroPalm. It can only be run in a simulator mode that is activated on the GPS Page. In order to activate the full functionality, the software must be purchased. In order to test your gps with AeroPalm, simply install aeropalm and test the gps. Welcome To AeroPalm 3 Now with Terrain + Conflicts
We are pleased to be releasing version 3 of AeroPalm. As usual
reliablity is outstanding and usability continues to get better. These
2 popup screen captures were taken on a commercial flight from LAX to
Ohare. We were flying over palm springs when AOPA Expo was going on  
but I couldn't see anything at 25,000 ft :-). Note the ground speed of
483/491 mph and the blue vertical speed indicator that was showing 2100
/ 2400 ft / minute climb. Only 1723 miles to go and an ETE(Estimated
Time Enroute) of 3 hours and 30 minutes!

Feel free to download and install and try in a simulator mode. The full
version requires a registration key to unlock the capability to
acctually navigate while connected to a GPS. The software is available
to purchase at www.flyingmart.com. For those upgrading to version 3, you will need to purchase a new registration code in order to unlock the software.

The following Programs will load this aviation gps software to either
internal memory or to both internal and to the SD Card. The details are
noted for each file. You may purchase the software at http://www.flyingmart.com.
 aeropalm_na_terrain_sd.exe for windows(13.26 Meg)
- This is the complete install for North American Database. Included
are the North American and caribbean waypoints, Airspace, obstacles, Terrain, and the
manuals. It is the all in one install. Requires windows, an SD card,
and palm desktop software in order to install. Internal memory
requirements are only a couple of meg of internal memory. Most will
install to the SD Card, however the waypoints will install to internal memory. You will need about 8 meg of internal memory.

- aeropalm_na.exe for windows (3.5 Meg)
- This contains the North american airspace and caribbean waypoints database. It
will only load directly to internal memory and requires no SD card.
Requires windows, and palm desktop software in order to install.
Internal memory requirements are about 9 Meg of internal memoryThis is
intended for those that do not wish to have Terrain or obstacles and do
not want or have an SD card to load AeroPalm to. The manual will also
get installed to your PC. Mac OS Install.
- aeropalm.prc for mac or windows (391KB)
- The Program Only installs to internal memory and contains no
navigation databases. This is used where internal memory is very
limited. Requires about 2 Meg of free internal memory to install. This
is a minimum install that it will take in order to evaluate the
software.
Waypoints Database
The download for the aviation waypoints database is available here.
All updates for the AeroPalm waypoints database is available free of
charge, but you may donate to the database provider if you are
thankful. See the link above.
First, let me take a moment to tell you how the installations work.
each install is packaged install for your palm os device. The windows install is a .exe install program. for the .exe file, you will need to have a windows pc with palm hotsync software installed on this pc.
There is a mac installer which is useful if you are running a mac pc.
For those using linux or for those that want to get into the nitty gritty and see what goes where, there is a .zip file install for the complete install that has a readme.txt file that will tell you what files go to internal memory and what is put on the sd card and where they get put.
Each install will list a minimum amount of internal memory that will be required in order to run aeropalm.
After installing AeroPalm, if you have a gps, you can test the communications with it by going to the FAQ and looking for "How do I test my GPS?"

AeroPalm Version 2 Downloads
AeroPalm Version 2
Version 2 is now released as of June, 2006. Compatable with the New
Treo 700p as well as the Treo 650, Tungsten E2, Palm TX, and the Garmin
Palm devices like iQue 3600, iQue 3200, and iQue 3000.
This is the complete version of the software. Feel free to install and
demo the software. AeroPalm Nav, the moving map, hsi, and attitude
approximator will only run in a simulator mode in order to "test fly"
the software until a registration code is purchased. The registration
code will unlock this functionality. The software registration may be
purchasted at http://www.FlyingMart.com.
AeroPalm 2 Software and Manuals
- APFull2.prc - AeroPalm Version 2 Complete package. United States Waypoints and airspace.
This install requires 9 meg of free space to install and includes The
flight Planning and GPS software. The software requires a code that may
be purchased at http://www.FlyingMart.com.
Without the registration code you may demo the moving map in a
simulator mode and test the flight planning capabilities as well as
test connectivity to a gps if you do not have one. Flyingmart has
complete packages packages for you if you need a gps for your pda or a
complete solution is available. If you don't see what you need feel
free to ask.
Note If you already have AeroPalm Version 1.3; You
will need to purchase an upgrade registration code for $40 USD. This
install will replace all the databases on your pda. If you would like
to keep your databases, you can install the software only upgrade

- AeroPalm Version 2 Software Upgrade. This will upgrade AeroPalm 1.3
to AeroPalm 2.0 and leave all the plans and databases in place.

This dtabase is only available for the US currently. and is was created by Tracy Williams on (10th sept, 2005)
Please do not load this into Version 1.3 of AeroPalm as it may cause unpredictable results on your Palm, Treo or Tungsten PDA.
